Items will ship to UK mainland only. If you are outside this area please contact us by email before ordering.
Items will be shipped twice a week. They are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and require a signature. Please provide a suitable delivery address.
You will be provided with a tracking number. Please wait seven days after your order to enquire where your items are.
Items that are faulty or damaged on receipt will be eligible for a full refund or replacement.
Items that are faulty once they have been unpackaged and used will be eligible for the SUREFOOT guarantee. But they must be registered with SUREFOOT (The Murdoch Method) on receipt, to enact this cover.
Items that are returned by Royal Mail due to delivery being refused, items not being signed for, or collected from their depots, will be refunded less the shipping costs and PayPal charges. They will be re-shipped if a second shipping charge is covered by the buyer.
Black Dog Barn stocks the SUREFOOT pads so they are accessible to UK horse owners. We believe they are beneficial to whole horse health therefore inline with our ethos. We are a small business and are unable to cover shipping costs and PayPal charge when buyers change their minds or select the incorrect items.
