Any effective communication comes from the desire to understand the other individual. If we do not wish to understand, then we cannot expect to develop positively in anything we do. It is our responsibility, as our animal’s guardians, to turn this desire into an ability, which eventually becomes second nature.
Horse Speak is the term Black Dog Barn uses to encompass this desire to understand & facilitate the positive changes in horse & human in every interaction.
Horses live in the moment, they do what they feel to be right there & then. Like us, they will all react differently to everything they come across. Our aim at Black Dog Barn is to help our clients to understand their horses & develop the communication.
